Kendra Scott taps Oracle Retail to improve inventory management, customer experience

Jewelry designer Kendra Scott, which operates 100 stores with over 2,000 employees, is using Oracle Retail technology to better manage inventory, enhance the customer experience and provide associates with real-time insights to better serve customers.
The brand is an Oracle PartnerNetwork Gold level member, and has deployed the Oracle Retail Merchandising Cloud Service, Oracle Retail Insights Cloud Service, Oracle Retail Xstore Point-of-Service and Oracle Retail Customer Engagement Cloud Service, according to a press release.
Oracle Retail provides the brand with a consistent and universal approach when it comes to tracking stone and metal to ensure an accurate and singular view of inventory, according to the release. Store associates can guide shoppers to adding pieces to an existing collection with insight on customer transactions, preference and shopping history.
