PGA Tour Superstore continues its nationwide expansion.
The golf and tennis equipment, apparel and accessories retailer will open its first outpost in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area, in Plantation, on April 27, giving it six locations in Florida. It will also open a store in Sarasota, Fla., later this summer.
In total, PGA Tour Superstore plans to open at least stores in 2019 as it accelerates its growth strategy to expand its brick-and-mortar presence by more than 50% during the next three years. The openings include the company’s first-ever locations in New England, with two stores in Massachusetts.
PGA Tour stores feature such interactive features as a 1,400-sq.-ft. putting green, six high-tech interactive simulators, and four hitting bays. The store will also offer the retailer’s comprehensive assortment of clubs, accessories, footwear and apparel for men, women and juniors. Available services will include custom fitting and repair and lessons and clinics from certified teaching pros.
